- Process payroll for approximately 270 employees within Hartzell Air Movement, Hardwoods, and Industries- Facilitate monthly benefit review sessions to educate new employees on benefit offerings- Explore HRIS system opportunities in an effort to drive efficiency and continuous improvement- Organize employee engagement events and volunteer outreach opportunities- Manage employee benefit enrollment and collaborate with external partners for benefit administration

- Assist with the daily functions of the HR department including new hire orientation, internal communications, report analysis, updating information in HR systems, and drafting offer letters and organization announcements- Lead a process change that converted platform-wide ethics training delivery to an online format in an LMS impacting nearly 2500 people across the US and Canada- Collaborate to create an HR Playbook for approximately 100 HR professionals to build cohesive policy delivery across the business- Develop and edit policies, including a new policy outlining religious accommodations for co-op students- Assist client group's leadership team in drafting requisitions for critical job openings - Analyzed exit interview data, person detail reports, and market job titles and created summary reports for business leaders- Lead/participate in multiple process improvement HR initiatives, such as an evaluation tool for individual contributors- Support culture initiatives by finalizing and presenting an employee experience calendar to ERG leaders- Participate in onboarding process improvements based on feedback from new hire check-ins- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to schedule meetings, create quality presentations, and manipulate and analyze reports- Shadow an HR Manager in interviews, debriefs, and immigration cases to learn about the role of an HR partner
