At Ndevr Environmental I lead a team of enthusiastic sustainability professionals, working with public and private clients to provide strategic and practical advice relating to emissions reduction, ESG, energy efficiency, sustainability frameworks, alternative fuels, transport efficiency, carbon neutrality and determining project feasibility.I facilitate a number of industry engagement capacity building programs, advise government on policies, and provide advisory and auditing services in NGERs, Climate Active, ERF, GRI, VEET, ESS, and guidance on offset procurement.

While at Rare, I was involved in a variety of projects ranging from feasibility studies, standards and government discussion papers on alternative fuels, and corporate fleet GHG assessments and strategies, developing both transport air quality and emissions models, to collating evidence for inquiry papers. I also facilitated and reviewed government sustainable transport programs, involving substantial stakeholder engagement.** Rare was acquired by Pitt & Sherry on 1 July 2012.Following the integration, in addition to continuing the Rare legacy projects and being involved in the work and business development of the combined carbon & energy group, I had the opportunity to contribute to the wider pitt&sherry team. In particular, I was responsible for project management tasks associated with delivering the engineering design & co-ordination of Murray Goulburn's two new milk processing plants.

Traffic Engineer responsible for: Traffic Impact Assesssments, Traffic Management Plans, Parking assessments, design advice, VCAT statements, research pieces for VicRoads, traffic and parking surveys, local area traffic management plans, supervision and guidance of survey staff.Secondments to Maroondah City Council, and Hobsons Bay City Council.

Awarded the first interstate scholarship, to join the Engineering and Technology Division (Environment and Heritage Branch), to conduct research and development; and provide technical governance to the regional officers, the department and the minister. The main areas of work I was involved in were climate change impacts, environmental assessments, road runoff treatment technologies, groundwater monitoring, and environmental legislation. I acquired a number of additional softer skills while at TMR: I was selected to be one of the ‘faces of Main Roads’ for the road worker safety advertising campaign, regularly represented the department at university open days and the Brisbane EKKA, as well as given the opportunity to coordinate and facilitate officer symposiums and environmental training days. I received a commendation award for my involvement in organsiing the 2008 symposium.
