Full office management including Accounting, HR, Health & Safety, Job set ups and tracking, Supply ordering, Trade Accounts control, Social Media, Fleet management.

Full responsibility for the companies accounts. Sales ledger, purchase ledger, CIS, VAT, payroll, HR and assisting with general office management.

Processing financial accounts to trial balance. Sales ledger, purchase ledger, accruals, vat returns, duty excise, bank recs. HR for new employees.

• Reconciling accounts. Sole responsibility for monthly reconciliation of the companies Allpay account including intercompany journals.• Raising and issuing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly invoices for around 600 Lifeline and ad-hoc accounts.• Credit control for the above accounts and extensive work with the companies legal department to aid in preparing paperwork for court hearings.• Posting payments on to accounts including Housing Benefit, Supporting People, Allpay, Card, Cheques and Standing Orders• Setting up Direct Debits and amending as necessary including setting up a mail merge to increase payments in line with rental increases.• Jointly managing the companies’ suspense account, which involved investigation of the origin of payments and transferring payments.• Creating adjustments, write offs and write backs.• Preparing the companies three payrolls for a combined total of approximately 800 employees. This included preparation and dealing with queries regarding to new employees, leavers, expenses, loans, taxes and pensions.• Have provided cover for Purchase Ledger and issuing refunds to customers.• Responding to, and dealing with queries received via email in to the finance departments’ joint inbox.
