• Credit control for the above accounts and extensive work with the companies legal department to aid in preparing paperwork for court hearings.
• Posting payments on to accounts including Housing Benefit, Supporting People, Allpay, Card, Cheques and Standing Orders
• Setting up Direct Debits and amending as necessary including setting up a mail merge to increase payments in line with rental increases.
• Jointly managing the companies’ suspense account, which involved investigation of the origin of payments and transferring payments.
