Having earned my BFA in December ‘20, I am among the second graduating class of Emerson College’s Comedic Arts program. I’ve since made the move to Los Angeles – and now, with nearly two years of executive assistant experience under my belt, I am eager to pivot into creatively stimulating work as a screenwriter, director, producer, and performer.I write dramedy and horror-comedy pilots and shorts for a broad audience, hoping to spark introspective, judgment-free conversations on anxiety, fear, and mental health, aiming to make them a bit more palatable through humor. ❗️ What’s got me excited right now..? Last spring, I’ve made my directorial debut with HAPPY SADURDAY – a semi-autobiographical, darkly comedic short film – that is an exploration of survivor’s guilt and grief, a celebration of being a sibling, and my biggest labor of love. I’ve collaborated with ONYX Films, an intersectional, female-led production company as I’ve worked both off (and on!) screen. Stay tuned for screenings this summer!❓ What have I got going on at the moment..? I am revising the third act of an animated pilot, GHOST OF CAMPER’S PAST, and have plans to film a low-budget horror short, SKIN DEEP, this fall (just in time for Halloween.) I’ve been getting into writing music video treatments lately, too🎥 Favorite movie of 2024 (so far)..? I loved PROBLEMISTA! Could relate to it a little too much📺 All-time favorite show(s)..?
