Taking on a business in operation for 5 years prior with maximum of 13.1% LFL growth, in my first full financial year as BM, our store saw a 32.4% increase in turnover even while navigating lockdowns and Northern NSW floods. Further operational successes include but are not limited to, leading the team to a ‘January Hunger Games’ victory which involved hitting and surpassing key restaurant KPI’s and submitting quality creative content on TikTok.
