Main responsibilities include:--Processing of purchase and sales invoices-Managing and maintaining multiple sales and purchase ledgers-Managing multiple client accounts-Raising debit notes and credit notes-Chasing payments from customers-Allocating cash received to customer accounts-Dealing with customer queries-Liaising with other people in the business-Other relevant administration tasks i.e filing, scanning and keeping the data base up to date.

My current role requires me to research alongside our assistant psychologist and create mental health training courses and workshops for organisations looking to improve mental wellbeing in their workplace. Our offering covers numerous aspects of mental health, from managerial training to info courses on illness specific topics. As well as face to face training, our content is also readily available as online self-learning that organisations can access anywhere in the world.This is an area of the charity that I have had a key role in building up from the ground and we now have an extensive offering of various courses and packages, as well as the ability to create bespoke content on request.

I have overseen the organisations growth from startup to successful charity over this time, helping with the development of fundraising and marketing strategies to aid the charity's progression. I have had key roles in the planning and implementing of a number of different projects and campaigns for the foundation, ensuring that these are run effectively, in a manner that is both successful and cost-effective.I have grown the charity's volunteer base, taking our team from strength to strength and creating solid working relationships in the process. Furthermore, I worked on the HeaducationUK campaign, which recently succeeded in securing compulsory mental health education for children and teens, and am now working to progress the #LiftingTheLid campaign to get everybody talking about their mental health.

I teach life skills to young adults with challenging behaviours and severe autism. I help them with their day to day routines, such as bathing and making breakfast. I also aid them with their everyday activities and lessons, as well as vocational activities such as horse riding and bowling. I make regular contact calls to parents and social workers, as well as communicating effectively with my colleagues to ensure that the residents in my care have their needs met.

I worked in classes of year 4 to year 6 pupils from different schools, who struggled in the mainstream lessons with mathematics and English. My time here was spent working closely with the teachers to set up lesson plans, run the lessons and evaluate the pupils progress. I helped with ideas for lesson structures and activities that taught pupils the same curriculum as mainstream school, but using a more 'hands on' approach to the subjects, such as maths lessons were taught using the Lincoln City football ground, instead of in a classroom. I helped a lot with tailoring sessions to meet individual needs and working with pupils on a one to one basis, to enable them to reach their full potential in these subjects.
