Client Services Manager, Assistive Care
Current* Working closely with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met and they are receiving the best possible care.* Focusing on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues* Managing caseload while proactively growing it* Building lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations by being highly knowledgeable regarding individual staffing needs and clinician preferences/expectations to ensure appropriate staff placement* Maintaining effective fiscal management of caseload by monitoring metrics (gross margin, overtime, referral tracking, etc.)* Partnering with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees
