Leading recruitment of all overseas staff (62 staff into 3 European ski resorts; Tignes, Val d'Isere and St Anton). During the winter it was a hybrid role, managing a 35 guest hotel and also being responsible for all staffing and any HR issues across the 3 resorts.Responsible for annually recruiting a team of 64 members of staff for seasonal positions.

Eastbourne

Efficient use of Excel, Word and Capita’s IT systems to input data and work out any unpaid figures. Handling sensitive information and keeping to a strict time schedule meant organisation and a professional approach were key.

France

Managed a team of 7 chalet hosts, ensuring high standards of customersatisfaction for the 47 guests was met. Completed various admin tasks including processing weekly budgets- lift pass payments, managing company accounts for linen, food/wine and office/uniform supplies. Additionally liaised with guests helping to deal with any problems that arose.

Worked as part of a small team to run a 48 guest hotel. Due to hard work and dedication was promoted from a supervisor position to assistant manager in the first month of operation. Oversaw budgeting, accounts and logistical co-ordination showing ability to handle many tasks at once and delegate efficiently to the team.Previous to this, was a chalet host.

East Sussex

Varied number of positions over 4 years, responsibilities ranging from cash handling, accounting and marketing work to successfully running a busy children’s activities club and completing lifeguarding duties. These roles required a lot of adaptability, use of initiative and professionalism.
