Hannah May Email and Phone Number
When I was in high school, I had an English teacher who always said “I’m preparing you for a job that doesn’t exist yet.” Honestly, I thought that was kind of funny because at that point I had already made up my mind that I was going to be a journalist. But looking back on it, she was so right. I attended Hope College and in May of 2018, I graduated with degrees in Communication and English with a Creative Writing emphasis. During my four years of college, I also completed numerous journalism-based internships. It all primed me well for my current position as the Communications Manager at ESHYFT, a tech startup. My path to this point wasn't linear, but every experience along that way - from being the Social Media and Influencer Marketing Coordinator at American Immersion Theater to being a Marketing Coordinator at Serendipity Media, to my brief stint as the Social Media + Digital Marketing Coordinator at Entreprenista - has served me in my current role. Working for a startup allows me to be involved in a lot of projects, including, but not limited to:- Influencer marketing on TikTok- Internal team communications- External app-user communications- Curating a monthly staff newsletter, The ESHYFT Edit- Developing engaging copy for an email drip campaign- Social media content creation- Writing helpful FAQs for ESHYFT's IntercomMrs. Irish, if you're reading this, you were right. You indeed prepared me for a job that didn't exist yet. Furthermore, in a format - working remotely - that wasn't widely accepted yet. For that, and for so many other reasons, you have my thanks!
