In her book 'Untamed', Glennon Doyle speaks to the possibility for all to live the most true and beautiful version of their lives; unencumbered by external expectations and instead led wholeheartedly by that which sparks purpose and joy. This has been the theme that has unfolded my professional path over the last 7 years.After graduating college in 2013 with a degree in Community Health, I've encountered many (professional and personal) opportunities along the way that have opened my mind and heart to the importance supporting a life that nurtures a sense of holistic well being: being nourished in body, mind and soul. We each have been provided with different circumstances, and yet to live in a way that promotes joy has proved to be a common denominator for all. Connection precedes joy. And participating in ways in which we can become more deeply rooted in embodying an authentic connection to ourselves and others is one of my greatest passions. As a yoga teacher and student I've continued to be led in the direction of connection and maintain it as a pillar for supporting others in uncovering the most true and beautiful version of their lives.It is my hope to offer joy, connection and authenticity into all facets of my professional endeavors, because it is in this space that I can be of the greatest service to others and initiate profound success.
