I take the lead on brand, communications and HR; setting the communications strategy for the year & building partnerships, working with our HR Manager to ensure we meet the needs of our growing business and reflect our vision and values. Influencing the medium to longer-term management decisions. I love working with other organisations as I believe you can achieve much more if you collaborate and pool resources and knowledge. Our vision across both garden centres (Tiptree and Sudbury) is to inspire people to get more plants in their lives.
