I was born in Austria but in my young years my parents decided to move our family to Manchester, UK. Here I not only learnt to speak and write in English fluently but I was also taught a lot of valuable life lessons. This experience taught me to adapt to new situations quickly, to be open and interactive with new people in an unknown surrounding.After moving back to Austria, I completed my A-Levels. Despite the uncertainties the lockdowns brought in the year after my A-Levels, I followed my interest in health care and moved away from home to Innsbruck to study pharmacy. The medical field turned out to indeed be my passion but pharmacy was not exactly the right fit for me. My search for other health care options lead me to Medical Engineering at the Technical College Ulm. Here I have since been very motivated, driven and interest in working towards obtaining my bachelor degreeI strive to use the knowledge I obtain during my degree to further the products of the medical field and the aspect of being able to help people in need is personally very important and fulfilling for me.Aside from my career aspirations, I am an overall very active person in my free time. I have been volunteering at the local fire brigade in Austria for 6 years and in Ulm for over 2 years. Furthermore I spend a lot of my free time doing sports like triathlon, handball, hiking and skiing. I have also always had an interest in music and I play the saxophone in a band in Austria. All in all I want to use as much as possible of my lifetime, to follow my career goals as well as my personal endeavours.
