•Serves as a fundraiser for the NC REALTORS® political action committee (NC RPAC) and the National Association of REALTORS® Corporate Ally Fund (CAP). •Assists with training of NC RPAC and political volunteers and providing fundraising assistance at the local association level•Communicates and collaborates with Shared/Regional GADs on how to successfully raise NC REALTORS® PAC dollars and details•Responsible for submission, coordination and tracking of local candidate funding requests and invoices•Educates NC REALTORS® membership about the importance of RPAC and CAP participation and political involvement •Provides assistance for preparation and execution of Legislative Committee meetings, as well as on-site support, as needed, for any other NC REALTORS® meetings and events

● Work with local associations to develop a written grassroots political plan that encompasses all governmental affairs areas and outlines ways to expand their governmental affairs programs ● Assist local associations in conducting interviews with local and state candidates ● Assist NC REALTORS® legislative staff with potential opportunity race electioneering activities within region ● Actively promote all REALTOR® political affairs programs ● Assist each local association in developing a PAC fundraising plan to reach its PAC goals ● Help organize activities to raise funds and awareness about the importance of investing ● Coordinate check presentations for elected officials with local boards and PAC Trustees ● Help local associations develop, present, and execute issues mobilization campaign plans ● Visit all local associations in region at least quarterly; visit brokerages

·Developed business account plans for meetings with CEOs and Presidents of companies who donated to the events in the past· Set up silent auction, mobile auction, and fundraising packages for multiple galas and golf tournaments · Processed all the income, sponsorships, and auction items for events in North and South Carolina· Managed chairs and committee members who were a vital part in preparing for each event and their success·Created a website, for multiple events, and social media posts for our committee to show potential sponsors and donors ·Attended multiple business meetings to pitch and promote Relay for Life and the Charlotte Cattle Barons Ball to possible high donors · Created information packets and PowerPoints for different nonprofit expos and Lunch and Learn events
