Supporting 3 advisers with their daily admin task.

I'm Level 3 Qualified in Childcare & Education. I also have a Level 2 Team Leading NVQ. I was room leader for 6months which included me managing a small team of staff ensuring they were completing relevant paperwork and ensuring the children were learning through their free play and their focused activities. I also was a Key Worker to 7 Children.Within my 2 years at Tiddlywinks changes were made to the setting to benefit the children and I was then the key Worker for all the babies that started at the setting, this included me having a admission session with the parent where I found out as much about the child as I could so I was able to plan for their individual needs to help them settle in and to provide a plan to challenge them to develop. I would fill in the learning journals with the exciting activities the children had been up to and I would also evidence any mile stones the children had met doing these activities.
