On track to train over 1000 candidates by the end of the cycle.- Developed and executed an in-person training program consisting of 4 regional 2-day conferences that trained dozens of engaged candidates in top-tier races on an advanced curriculum.- Managed a school board support program serving over 100 progressives running against far right, Moms for Liberty-aligned candidates with one-on-one coaching and group trainings. Created a workbook that guides candidates through creating a campaign plan, budget, finance plan, and field program, and provides best practices on things like yard signs, websites, volunteer recruitment, press statements, and more.

Co-managed a national endorsement and deliverables process for over 450 endorsement applications resulting in over 130 endorsed candidates. Ensured that the DFA endorsement came with substantive support and coordinated between the Development, Organizing, Communications, and Electoral departments to provide that support.Highlights:- Organized a national member engagement plan that re-engaged over 2500 volunteers and several local DFA groups across the country. - Co-managed local group strategy. Supported local group leaders and membership and facilitated connection with DFA endorsed candidates.- Consulted for candidates in races from Municipal and County to Congressional and Statewide in 25 states, encouraging an emphasis on field and direct voter contact.- Developed and executed a postcard program resulting in over 200,000 postcards hand-packaged and sent to low-propensity voters from over 1800 volunteers across the country. In Georgia, 65% of postcard recipients turned out in the General Election.

Effectively led a fully remote team of staff, consultants, and stakeholders through the creation of a campaign plan, $2 million budget, and messaging and communications plans that earned the most Democratic votes in the history of the Congressional district.Highlights:- Developed and implemented an innovative distributed organizing program and volunteer toolkit that empowered hundreds of volunteers to get involved in the campaign at all levels of engagement.- Designed a beautiful, authentic brand for the candidate and designed unique merch, social media campaigns, and events that attracted donors and supporters from all over the country. - Power-mapped communities and cultivated relationships with national & local interests such as labor unions, local parties, community organizations, activists, other candidates, and elected officials.

Developed an organizing plan that resulted in historic passage of an Affordable Housing bond issue. Built and maintained a coalition on Gun Safety of over 30 members with the goal of fostering grassroots support for future ballot initiatives. Built bridges between community leaders and the Mayor's office. Highlights:- Organized and executed a signature gathering campaign resulting in over 3,000 signatures collected by both staff and volunteers that put the 5-issue Bond Package on the ballot.- Developed a city-wide coordinated field plan that culminated in two successful GOTV weekends with over 300 volunteer shifts recruited and fulfilled. - Managed a volunteer letter-writing initiative, resulting in over 20,000 letters addressed, signed, and sent to Columbus constituents from Columbus constituents.

Created a detailed path to victory including unique voter outreach programs (doctor-to-doctor, woman-to-woman, neighbor-to-neighbor), a robust and record-setting field program, and in-house paid and organic digital, which resulted in the first woman and first Democrat elected to serve the 21st House District in Ohio. Highlights:- Used VoteBuilder, Secretary of State, and Census data to create a unique targeted universe that optimized canvassing time and micro-targeted our digital and mail programs.- Built relationships with stakeholders like volunteer and community leaders, media, endorsing orgs, party leaders and elected officials, and donors. - Won a highly contested, targeted race by 13 points.
