I managed a queue of ~35 customer cases at a time with a breakdown of roughly 1/5 new designs, 4/5 support work.Design responsiblities: Created the configuration for a Custom Catalog or Institutional Repository database using the customer's metadata. This included working with a range of data formats (including MARC21, Heritage XML, Dublin Core, CatP) and ILS services (including OCLC WMS, Innovative, SirsiDynix, and Aleph).Support responsibilities: Troubleshoot and perform ongoing maintenance on existing catalog/repository configurations. This was done in collaboration with EBSCO salespeople and engineers or by working directly with the customer.

This included updating item-level holdings, copy cataloging and brief original cataloging for print and AV materials and RFID tagging. Some circulation duties were also included such as checking in and out, fulfilling holds and interlibrary loan requests for a robust reservation system.Self-directed, flexible workflow based on demand and backlog.
