From 2014 to 2022 through nursing school I embarked on a journey of professional growth and development, gaining hands-on experience and honing essential skills in patient care, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork. Throughout my tenure at the various hospital in Kumasi, i have demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of clinical tasks, from basic patient care and vital sign monitoring to wound care, medication administration, and client education.Notably, my role expanded over the years, progressing to a more advanced responsibilities like catheterization, wound care, feeding assistance, and dressing changes in 2018. This progression reflects the my dedication to continuous learning and professional development, as well as their ability to adapt and grow within diverse healthcare environments.In 2021 and 2022, I expanded further expanded my expertise by rotating through various specialties at Suntreso Government Hospital, including medical, surgical, public health, psychiatric, and special clinicsThis experience provided invaluable exposure to different patient populations, healthcare practices, and clinical challenges, allowed me to develop a well-rounded skill set and a deeper understanding of holistic patient care.Throughout my career, i have demonstrated several key skills essential for success in nursing practice.
