Duties:• Assist senior leaders in sales process, as needed.• Be the main point-of-contact for clients.• Manage day-to-day needs for many ongoing projects.• Assist with drafting, editing and delivering proposals to clients.• Draft, edit and send contracts and invoices to clients.• Create and distribute planning timelines.• Create and distribute production schedules.• Draft accurate profit & loss reports.• Research, negotiate and contract venues.• Research, negotiate and contract caterers.• Source pricing and place orders for rentals (tables, chairs, etc.).• Source pricing and place orders for décor items (florals, linens, etc.).• Review all vendor contracts and mark up. as needed• Maintain budgets.• Liaise with Accounting Department on all project billings.• Research celebrity entertainment (artists, speakers, etc.)• Work onsite at events (including load-in and load-out supervision)
