    My current job role at Shawcity is City Technology Account Manager. Shawcity is a small company which sells various health and safety equipment. The employees are made up external members, as well as office based.My duties within this role include;o Processing orders, quotes, invoices for all customer within this area.o Stock forecasting; o Credit Evaluation; assessing whether a company is able to have a credit account based on their history with Shawcity and chasing any outstanding or late payments. This includes working closely with the finance department, to keep customers accounts and payments on track.o Forecasting future sales for new customers o Pricing strategy; this involves looking at selling prices and allocating discount to valued customers and high volume orders. My duties included;o Supporting the external sales person for my particular area of the country, who are not based at the office; this includes contacting customers on his behalf and sending relevant information to customers. Organising and sending out equipment for his demo kit.o Using the SAP database to produce quotations, orders and invoices.o Working with our suppliers to place orders for goods and to make sure order dead-lines are met on time for our customers.o Shipping goods to customers both orders and hire equipment.o Answering incoming telephone calls and helping with queries or making sure the customer gets put through to the correct department to be able to help them.o Training new staff members.
