  - Full range of administration duties which has developed to include a high level of Project Management duties. - Producing detailed programme of works, this includes a five month project on seventy one separate sites.- Planning and booking attendance for multiple parties on site, spread over what can be a up to a five day programme.- Liaising with clients if an issue was to arise and keeping all clients and parties up to date with progress on each call and site.- Planning and distributing individual ad-hoc call outs around the UK to various engineers. - In charge of all the administration in the operations department for five of our seven clients.- Adding calls on our online bespoke call system as they come through via email, all to be planned within the correct timescale to ensure that all deadlines are met.- Producing reports for all seven clients when they are required.- Updating the system and clients with up to date photographs and signing off all calls which have been completed the day before, and rescheduling any which have had to be aborted.
