Working in the service industry has taught me a lot! Being hands on and gaining experience the past 3 years while juggling school on the other hand has challenged me in a good way. I have gained customer service experience while managing to focus on other aspects of this small business. I would say one of the biggest take aways from my current job is problem solving and customer service. Understanding the task at hand, and accomplishing it in an efficient way is one of my strong suits. Choosing to go to a community college, and gaining real life experience the past three years, was one of the best decisions I made for myself. I finished with high honors, and was still able to work full time. I am a reliable and trustworthy person, with a great work ethic!
