Design Philosophy: The essence of design will always be about creating a meaningful environment to promote the health, safety, and well-being of mankind. It is about utilizing innovative and creative strategies to push beyond the boundaries, explore the infinite realms of discovery, and design the impossible to make a difference for all to appreciate.My passion for Interior Design started in high school when I signed up to take Interior Design 1, Interior Design 2, and Textiles with Mrs. Trixie Scott. Little did I know that my passion would grow so quickly for everything that interior design entails. During my time at Georgia Southern University, I have gained much knowledge ranging from fabrics and interior design software to evidence-based design and the workplace environment. My skills have grown immensely for creativity and the design process. The projects I have completed, thus far, have given me the opportunity to go beyond the design field and bring something new to the table. Design is unique in every way, challenges us to exceed our expectations, and creates experiences from our imaginations that are powerful and aiming to leave the audience in awe. I am seeking an experience where I am pushed to be extraordinary and create designs that are seemingly impossible. I want to work alongside with some of the world's greatest designers to produce the best quality of work and further my body of knowledge of interior design.
