Provide leadership and direct management for all departments within the Edgewater.Facilitates daily operations to benefit the hotel, its guests and employeesOversee department relations in coordination with HR Director, including, employee reviews, training, hiring and termination. Communicate with corporate officials in regards to operational and financial decisions for the Edgewater Hotel. Manage purchasing for the facility and implementing spend tracking systems.Devise and implement Emergency Action Plans for all departments. Ensure employees meet desired productivity and efficiency standards.Participate in weekly revenue meetings to provide ideas and direction to increase sales.

Ability to research, conduct interviews and select contractors to perform work on two properties while meeting the requirement of budget and scope.Organize implement a property improvement plan (PIP) distributed by franchise.Implement an employee operations plan incentives for staff and guests to continue working in and utilizing a transforming property. 24/7 onsite management from project start to completion.
