FRESH by Brookshire’s August 2010-CurrentHuman Resource Internship Duties Include but limited to:• Review applications and schedule all interviews.• Answer phones routing calls to proper person.• Conduct all Drug testing and background checks (including utilizing the I-9 form).• Handle all calls and visits from prospective applicants.• Conduct New Partner Orientation, which consists of informing employees of benefits offered to employees. • Benefits enrollment. • Interview Prospective Job Candidates.• Compose employee handbooks, training manuals and new hire packets for use with new employees.• Responsible for all travel arrangements for upper level management.

Duties Included but not limited to: • Responsible for answering questions relating to customer accounts.• Cash handling including all transactions related to accounts.• Balance cash drawer on a daily basis.• Loan referrals
