Cedar Point is the roller coaster capital of the world that aims to provide a fun experience to park guests. I partnered with the recruitment team to conduct interviews, onboard, and electronically hired traditional, international, and minor associates. I documented and verified confidential data using SumTotal, ERS, iCIMS, StarRez, and Equifax i9 in compliance with U.S. Department of Labor laws, safety and health regulations, and company standards of employment. I learned how to advise associates on company cornerstones and terms of employment including expected employee conduct, compensation related to wages, taxes, and banking, and administrative support including facilitation of department and position transfers.
