Bellevue’s product is totally unique in design and aesthetic and used all over the world from small one-room renovations through to large apartment blocks, hotels, retail and commercial fit-outs.Responsibilities· Expanding new business by creating healthy bonds between new and existing clients. · Door scheduling – preparing door hardware schedules which include skills such as being able to read architectural plans and recommending the appropriate products for the clients requirements.· Project management – being in sole charge of projects from the specification stage > ensuring the specification is kept > negotiating with the purchaser to receive an order > making sure the client is kept up to date with the status of order > delivery of product > after sales service.· Provide technical guidance throughout the sales process on various door hardware products and the features and benefits that differentiate them.
