As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, my passion and mission is to empower my community to be informed advocates for their health. I aim to educate on the importance of living a balanced lifestyle in order to age well through all stages of life.With this in mind, my specialty is partnering with people who feel unheard and discouraged due to pain, injury, or poor habits to create a personalized, holistic strategy to reduce pain, reset habits, and rediscover a love for their life without sacrificing their favorite activities, foods, and people in the process. I truly believe it’s all about balance!I also co-founded Phyx, a platform with our main goal to continually improve the lives of clients and physical therapists by providing clients convenient and transparent access to a community of expert physical therapists who have the flexibility to provide focused, high-quality care within a framework that supports professional growth, community, and collaboration.
