- Handle payroll operations to ensure calculations are accurate- Administer and monitor compensation and benefits programmes such as medical benefits etc- Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation- Implement and monitor performance management systems- Maintain the human resource information system and employee database- Liaise with statutory bodies such as Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Social Security Organization (SOCSO), Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRB) and Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp)- Perform onboarding related task such as onboarding documents collection, schedule new hire handover calendar invitation etc- Handle offboarding process- Prepare employment contract for those employees that passed their probation- Prepare letter such as salary adjustment, promotion, transfer, re-designation, relocation, employment verification etc- Handle recruitment process such as schedule interviews, document collection, offer letter preparation etc- Process and manage company staff claim- Process payment to vendor, keep track of payment and expenditures and update the record in system accordingly- Issue quotation, invoices, receipts to customers when required- Maintain proper filing and housekeeping of supporting documents for finance related matters
