• As a Hostess I made sure that the tables were set up before service, prepared tray, and provided room service to the Village residents. I insured that the kitchen and work areas were always clean, and that every resident is well cared for and always felt comfortable. Weather that was stopping for a chat and assessing body Language to care for their required needs such as serving food, making sure living standards were at company’s quality. I made sure my multitasking and communication skills were excellent as I worked with unpredictable individuals.

In this role I provided physical and emotional care for children aged 3 months to 5 years. I had to ensure excellent learning environments whilst providing social and intellectual care for the children. I gave support to my fellow staff. I worked as part of a team in order to provide an enabling setting in which all individual children can play, develop and learn.

In this role I served customers and insured effective service, whilst altering the set menus to any allergy requests needed. I gained Experience in handling cash registers and performed daily inventory checks. My gained knowledge of the food served, and drinks allowed me to correctly suggest what goes well with certain items on the menu. This contributed to the establishment’s reputation and sales.

In this role I helped customers choose between the companies’ arrays of goods and services, I processed payments and maintained a high Level of customer service. I managed to remain calm and ensure my service was excellent whilst working under pressure due to the busy time. I helped my team by covering their sections when needed or helping in other ways needed.
