Overseeing the strategic implementation of quality improvement and people plans for the Operational Support Services department within the head office function of the UK's number one Apprenticeship Training Provider. Operational Support Services consists of 5 telephony-based sales, recruitment, and customer/learner support departments and are subject to ESFA funding rules and Ofsted inspections, which require strict compliance regulations. - Support leadership team with all operational people issues by advising and coaching on the process of: performance improvement plans; disciplinary investigations & hearings; grievances; sickness management.- Manage the quality assessment of service delivery and compliance with key legal and financial regulations.
