Planning and execution of all shutdown related production, operation and maintenance tasks including:* Identifying critical shutdown tasks through a series of risk assessments based on safety, environment, compliance, production and financial* Preparing and developing job packs for identified tasks including scope of work, job method, drawings, budget, and sourcing/estimating materials* Preparing technical documents for commercial packages and working with procurement to offer technical reviews and evaluation of tenders* On-going management of shutdown tasks including peer reviews, risk management sessions, cost tracking, site inspections, shutdown progress reviews and managing contingency and emergent work* Providing supervision during shutdown, including managing contractors, work permits, site inductions, hours tracking and materials whilst upholding site OH&S standards at all times

Three years' experience in a design office delivering projects for industrial clients across water/wastewater, food and beverage, mining and metals, and chemicals market segments. Experience included:* Development of design documentation (process flow diagrams, P&IDs, process descriptions, mechanical performance criteria, technical specifications and other various reporting including 3rd party approvals)* Piping design and 2D drafting* Information management, including design change registers and database administration* Design discipline coordination (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, services) and 3D model design reviews using PDMS review software * Process validation and trial data analysis
