The planning and logistics of all charity events. This involves staff management, staff training, calendar schedules, onsite management, logistic and transport planning, management of all exhibition stock, management of national crews and ambassadors, alongside finance management and expediture forecasting.

First point of contact for all design and marketing enquiries, recording briefs and allocating the work to our team of designers. I created presentations, provided administrative support, diary management, and organised all staff travel. I also assisted with the management of company websites, oversaw the maintenance of the office and all things within it.

To research potential destinations and venues for forthcoming conferences. This would cover all aspects of the event such as tours, accommodation, catering and travel. I planned and booked conference agendas, speakers and panellists. I processed all event registrations and liaised daily with the delegates who had booked. I was present for every event we held and ensured the smooth running of our daily schedules. This involved delegate liaison, problem solving, networking and staff management.

Meeting and greeting customers to establish their needs, followed by the creation of often complex itineraries through various IT systems, such as Galileo and View Data. On-going customer service was paramount, with strong emphasis placed on after sales service. I planned round the world trips, safari’s, skiing trips, business travel and honey moons, all for varying levels of budget.
