I served as a primary contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout project progression. I developed initial project concepts, translating client needs into viable design solutions. I created detailed architectural designs and comprehensive documentation to support project execution and compliance with local authorities. I assisted in thorough feasibility studies, considering factors like budget, timeline, and space requirements. I performed value engineering analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising design integrity or quality. I coordinated with various consultants to ensure successful integration of all project components. Additionally, I managed project timelines, entry-level staff, bidding walkthroughs, estimates, addendums, and other deliverables to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

At Lindhout Associate Architects, my role supported projects from their initial conception, to project close out. As an active participant in all phases of project delivery, my expertise lies in technical design, construction administration services, and consultant coordination. With a deep understanding of architectural detailing, I contributed to the success of small to large scale projects under the supervision of the project architect.

Under the dual leadership of Viola Ago & Hans Tursack, participated in the University Design Fellowship,Exhibit Columbus; to design, fabricate, and build a large pavilion as part of a bi-annual contemporary architecture exhibition. As a research assistant, I provided proposal design & research assistance, 3D computational development schemes, physical model prototyping, project documentation services, and produced the exhibit’s showcased scaled model display.Our proposal “Understory”, a modest ecological education center acting as a site of social and material exchange, aimed to highlight the agency of visible and invisible material networks, in the belief that environmental and disciplinary engagement are not mutually exclusive. Our pavilion design borrowed aesthetic cues from early British High-Tech architecture, ecological artists, sculptural precedents and from vernacular greenhouse construction; its cladding was semi-translucent and was conceived as a “kit-of-parts” to be assembled on site in a matter of a few days with no skilled labor.https://www.miraclesarchitecture.com/#/understory-w-hans-tursack/

Dependant on the individuals' needs, additional instruction, helpful tips, and assignment review was provided for students seeking aid with mathematics courses ranging from pre-algebra to calculus.

Generated AutoCAD detail plans and drawings for cabling, audio/visual equipment, and physical security systems based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, and specification sheets. When required, completed redline modifications of drawings with necessary engineering changes. Successfully coordinates with other team members to meet project deliverables.
