As Director of Product Management, I was responsible for overseeing AssessTech's eCMS, eLMS and eGRC solutions, their strategy, continuous development and delivery, as well as their impact on business functions including Development, Customer Operations, Marketing, and Sales & Business Development. Core responsibilities included:• Defining product strategy and roadmap phased to address product backlog, embed modular development cycle, and drive innovation.• Orchestrating cross-functional feature delivery coordination utilising an iterative test and learn approach.• Driving product discovery initiatives and implementing a new product to support.• Acting as the voice of the customer to understand key needs, pain points and desires leveraging qualitative data to guide direction.• Creating scopes of work to include problem/improvement descriptions, technical criteria, user journeys, and test cases.• Collaborating with relevant stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to manage expectations, resources, timelines, budgets and outcomes.

As Project Manager, I oversaw planning, execution and monitoring of multiple projects across the business (including support, technical and consultancy projects), from contract to development to delivery. Within the remit of the role, I implemented strategy and processes/procedures for the function such that there was clear scope to deliver timely, quality, effective projects, that were communicated successfully with all relevant stakeholders, and ensured priorities were known to contribute positively to key business decision-making.

Within this role, I was responsible for advising customers on product implementation and application in line with best system and industry practice; building strong relationships by leading regular customer engagement activities to oversee strategic projects and aid with ongoing support; provide systems and sales demos, presentations and training; manage the customer acquisition and retention cycles; and translate customer needs into system modifications including bug resolutions and features.

Progressed into a more senior role with responsibility for booking, planning and delivering concerts, special projects and tours for several international artists including preparation/fulfilment of tours to North/South America, Asia, and Australia; management of associated logistics and planning; creation/maintenance of marketing collateral; and delivery of album launch PR campaigns.I was expected to drive sales through the production of sales materials, promoter outreach, fee negotiations, roster promotion briefings, and by representing artists at meetings with promoters at home and abroad, as well as creating and completing contracts, itineraries and financial documentation (including tax waivers, FEUs, invoices, and budgets) to delivery projects.

Within this role, I was responsible for liaising with commissioners, concert promoters, record labels, publishers and musicians to negotiate, create and process contracts; organising artist travel and accommodation; applying for visas; producing detailed schedules/itineraries for artists as well as invoicing and artist statements; and updating marketing collateral.

General duties included generating musician/client contracts, organising concert series, contracting musicians for concerts, drafting and issuing invoices, and administering the Destination of Leavers from Higher Education survey.I would create publicity materials relating to projects including those such as the Herschel Space project at the Royal Albert Hall and In Tune with Dalí and Duchamp at the Royal Academy of Art. In addition, I held responsibility for compiling/editing job listings from a range of sources for issue to all students, and developing the bulletin to link with internal events including Global Entrepreneurship Week and Chamber Music Week.

Responsible for providing administrative support within the music department including concert management, ensemble and lesson organisation, programme copywriting, and database management. I would provide up-to-date information for all visiting music teachers on matters such as room bookings, timetabling, and concert opportunities for students, as well as overseeing design of the termly “What's On” guide and posters/programmes for all events including the larger-scale St John’s Smith Square, Barbican, and Sir Adrian Boult concerts.
