Employed by CGI as part of a TUPE agreement from TalkTalk. After the transfer i have been supporting the re alignment of 15+ agile delivery squads into enhanced ways of working and reporting. I've worked on creating and building ways of working documentation, running workshops and one on one coaching to ensure there's alignment across all delivery squads. I've support different teams to ensure that reporting suites are created to meet the clients needs as well as aligning to ways of working and always looking for improvements in the delivery pipelines.

Oversees the execution of software delivery for a given delivery cycle and reports on key technical activities and progress against milestones whilst facilitating introductions, huddles and retrospectives. Accountable for ensuring successful delivery of all projects in a particular release from start to finish and reporting to department leadership team and externally.• Accountable for ensuring and reporting on adherence to working practices, KPIs, quality gates, processes and change metrics.• Lead, define and implement mitigation plans for risks, issues, defects and major incidents• Lead Delivery planning in consultation with senior stakeholders, Partner Delivery Managers and Group PMO• Balance the need to work at a tactical level, leading technical resources with the need to achieve agreed strategic objectives, influencing stakeholders and line management. • Act as point of escalation for delivery teams, identifying and removing impediments to successful delivery• Contribute to SoWs and Service Provider contracts as required• Accountable for ensuring successful delivery of all projects in a release from start to finish and reporting to department leadership team and externally.

Overview of Role: -Leading a successful delivery: I am accountable for managing end to end delivery for 5 key areas of BAU and ANT within Talk Talk. - Delivery; working with BT , OR, GCOMS and VM to deliver space, power, cabelinks, cabinets and backhaul across the Talk Talk network. All of which needs delivery tracking, budget approval and spend as well as regular partners calls to ensure targets are met and any risks or issues are managed. - Installation; coordinating 40+ field engineers (internal and external) to make sure that new infrastructure is being forecast, scheduled and installed to a high standard with all procedures and paperwork completed.-Migrations; coordination of over 2000 migrations the past two years, all planned with a customer focus to ensure minimal impact. Working closely with the Engineering and Change Management teams to achieve a successful delivery. -Maintenance; working with a team of TT engineers to ensure maintenance is completed on over 3000 exchanges in a timely manner.- Reporting; all of the delivery stages are tracked and reported on a weekly basis to senior management and other teams involved to show excelling areas, areas of improvement and raise and risks and issues currently known to the delivery workstream.-Budget Management: Budget forecasting with senior management to determine areas of possible reduction and expansion. Tracking and reviewing all budgets across the delivery and migration work streams, liaising with financial stakeholders to develop and shape strategies and cost programmes.-Leadership & Team building; After being a people leader for several years I feel as though I have excellent leadership and team building skills, including; communication, conflict management, listening, and reliability. In my current role I have been able to coach my team to adopt new business strategies, adapt quickly to change and lead successful meetings and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Part of a team of 4 coordinators brought in by the ANT project to coordinate network build. I was accountable for forecasting, scheduling and completion, working alongside multiple engineering teams. Due my hard work, determination and drive I was able to quickly set up processes, tracking methods, reporting and checklists to allow end to end delivery. Overview of Role: -Delivery & handover to operational readiness; working alongside Engineering and the NOC to ensure the operational teams are best set to assure the new network build. -On time delivery and data management – Accountable for tracking and reporting using reliable data to ensure timely delivery targets were achieved. This included the creation of excel tracking and management whilst internal systems were still being developed. Ensuring key project milestones had up to date and accurate information captured. Due to the early phases of the programme, continuous improvements on tracking methods were key to ensure stakeholders and the project were kept up to date.

Town Planning Coordinator and head of the Surveying team for a new air fiber ring network being created across the UK.-Health and Safety assessments on each site to analyse additional measurements that need to be put in place -Managing site change control and trackers to keep an up to date and efficient track of all equipment on site- Organizing 3rd party hire and surveys for installations - Organizing site surveys and installation dates for sites. -Site Costs and Invoicing -Create RAMS for health and safety and site installations -Analysing and planning using GIS and google earth to find suitable building locations for communications transmission and receiver sites.-Completing roof top and internal building surveys; looking for potential mounting places, cable routes, cabinet locations and writing this up into a install brief including risk assessments, method statement and connectivity surveys for each site. - IP address management for all rooftops and devices within the network. -Devices names for all rooftops and devices within the network. -Planning frequencies for the network using the 5ghz spectrum band B and C -Meeting clients and discussing Comms needs as well as location of comms devices.- Ensure town planning & surveying is organised , working efficiently, all procedures/checklists are efficient to use and provide the correct information. -To have accountability & ownership and give confidence that day to day tasks are under control. -Organise and set priorities throughout the team members ,setting weekly plans which are to be completed and reviewed on a weekly and monthly basis. -Ensure all procedures, checklists and process are up to date.-Continuous improvement into town planning tasks and how they can be made more efficient and cost effective.-Continue to sustain the role as surveyor and GIS analyst. -Planning and selecting radio frequencies for antenna devices

-Working to high standards of health and safety regarding installation of high pressure pipe lines.-Water treatment on private supplies including spring water and borehole supplies, annual service contracts.-Design, installation, commissioning and servicing of water filtration equipment.-Cleaning and chlorination of water tanks and down services within private dwellings.-Supply and installation of temporary water storage tanks to drinking troughs.-Sorting and keeping records of customers-Meeting clients and discussion regarding site meetings.

Digitising using OS, Aerial Photography and Remote Sensing to create up to date intelligence for the RPA and DEFRA. Digitising land parcels as a new project monitoring land change detection. Use of multi functioning GIS software to create Land Chage Detection data for the Rural Protection Agency. Using intelligence to create up to date and relevant changed to land parcels, editing, deleting and saving changes to customers land links.High levels of precision and accuracy had to be met for detailed mapping parcels. Working as a part of a team as well as individually and following a business and contractors work policy.
