During this project, we worked to develop process maps and data flow diagrams to establish current state of internal reporting. After this was completed, we were able to analyze the data consumption patterns using Microsoft Excel and established future recommendations.

During my internship, I consulted with management to make future predictions about manpower capacities of several operations and gave recommendations based on data conclusions. I also consolidated 6,200 data points in Microsoft Excel to determine starting points to relieve supply chain issues and reported it to upper-level management. I collaborated with a team of program management, supervisors, and manufacturing engineers to identify areas of queue time improvement during specific operations. I also led a 5S lean effort of 40 participants to standardize and organize a manufacturing room.

Throughout this internship, I performed data analysis in Microsoft Excel to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and taught 20 Engineers throughout the company how to implement analyses into their routine to improve efficiency. I also helped create a Central Database consisting of updated analyses, reference material, and training documents to communicate improved best practice standards.
