As the Recruitment Director at TLD, I oversee the strategic and operational aspects of talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with the company's growth and business goals. My responsibilities include but are not limited to:Talent Acquisition Leadership:Leading the recruitment of foreign and domestic professionals, including ESL teachers, subject teachers, CELTA trainers, recruitment managers, academic principals, and other key roles.Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring candidates meet both job requirements and company values.Strategic Planning and Delivery:Driving candidate delivery to meet recruitment demands based on TLD’s national and local recruiting plans and partner schools' requirements.Managing recruitment activities across Northern China, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and adherence to optimized recruitment processes.Market Insights and Consultation:Providing clients and candidates with up-to-date industry insights, including market trends and visa policy changes.Consulting stakeholders on talent strategies to meet current and future demands.Sourcing and Networking:Utilizing diverse channels, including social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, WeChat, etc.), networking events, and partnerships, to source top talent.Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline across junior to mid-level roles.Candidate Evaluation:Screening applications and conducting competency-based video interviews to identify the best-fit candidates.Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
