Hannah Jackson is an accomplished HR professional who has transitioned from a career as a violinist to making significant contributions in the field of human resources. With over five years of experience in recruitment, Hannah co-founded Connect by Nova in 2020, a non-profit organisation focused on providing free career development and training resources to the local Cayman Islands community.In Hannah's current role with the CML Legal Recruitment team, her responsibilities primarily involve the placement of attorneys and legal support professionals across the Cayman Islands, BVI, Jersey, Guernsey, and Bermuda. Her role includes cultivating strong relationships with prominent law firms and closely collaborating with legal teams to facilitate successful talent acquisition for companies.In her dual capacity, Hannah also leads the day-to-day operations of Connect by Nova. Her focus is on bridging the gap between talent and opportunity, working closely with diverse stakeholders, including public and private sectors and educational institutions, to craft unique and effective career guidance solutions. This role addresses skills gaps, steering program development, and navigating the ever-evolving Cayman employment market with an HR lens.For the past five years, Hannah has served on the Board of Directors for the Cayman Islands Society for Human Resources Professionals (CISHRP).
