- Work with management to develop marketing plan to promote all divisions of company- Optimize company website with latest employee biographies, available lots and homes and photo gallery- Develop social media strategy and continually update social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, WordPress, Houzz, Zillow)- Create and execute e-blast strategy- Design and manage monthly newsletters- Maintain company's shared server content- Manage calendar for advertising and coordinate deadlines- Contribute to content, proofing and tracking of direct-mail marketing- Maintain sign inventory- Identify, recommend and implement any new marketing trends
