• Handle filing and submitting applications for state licensing projects and maintaining state compliance records. • Collaborate with Secretary of State(s) to manage HR compliance records and engage with clients via email and phone to discuss compliance objectives. • Responsible for tracking and ordering office supplies, as well as assisting in organizing paperwork for current and upcoming projects. • Arrange travel accommodations when required and contribute to planning company events as needed. • Obtain and process surety bonds for submission to state agencies. • Manage internal HR responsibilities, such as new hire onboarding, HR operations, training, and task assignment. • Implement new client onboarding procedures.
