There, I led projects to reduce administrative burdens and streamline processes, always with the goal of improving experiences for both staff and clients.More recently, I was part of Governor Bill Ritter’s team at Colorado State University’s Center for the New Energy Economy. My work there centered around supporting the team and building strong relationships with state leaders, technical experts, and funders to advance clean energy policy across the U.S. It was a role that sharpened my skills in collaboration and relationship-building, and I loved being part of impactful, forward-thinking initiatives.What ties all my experiences together is a deep commitment to staying curious, finding ways to make systems work better, and helping people and organizations do their best work. I hold a bachelor’s degree in health services administration from the University of Central Florida.
