- Serve as fully dedicated eCOA and eConsent Project Manager for one of Medidata’s most prominent clients, totaling $200M+ in enterprise agreement revenue- Quickly and effectively take trials from study start up to first-patient-in within timeline, scope, and budget through the use of project plans, organizational strategy, and productive communication- Manage and lead a cross functional team of at least 4 people throughout the study startup lifecycle and implementation process while also being the liaison with product, sales, and client- Ensure clients are continuously supported throughout the study and into data-base-lock, so that each study can perform smoothly with an emphasis on data integrity- Mentor two project associates and facilitate their growth quicker than the expected rate

- Provide support for other team project managers, as well as take on a multitude of internal initiatives, including the creation of documentation and training processes to ensure the success of the team- Consistently communicate with outside vendors for licensing, translation, testing, and migration of clinical eDiary questionnaires while tracking budget, timelines, and implementation feedback

- Utilized teamwork and communication skills to develop an imaging solution which identifies skin diseases through patient photos and AI technology. Won the solution competition- Succeeded in understanding the project manager role by working on studies with multiple enterprise sponsors with both Rave EDC and Patient Cloud (eCOA, eConsent) products

- Collaborated with sales managers to improve marketing and sales strategies for ADMET's biomedical material testing machines - Tested new machines, designed digital video marketing content, wrote technical for ADMET’s website, and conducted research into new ASTM testing standards and biomedical testing trends to increase sales

- Interned for Hologic’s information systems department during a month-long senior project - Implemented and trained employees on new internal communication software such as Box and helped to construct an app for internal employees to book conference rooms
