I worked on the merchandise content of the website and looked at the ongoing development of merchandise offers with the buying team. I had full involvement in the production and analysis of email campaigns to new and exisitng customers. I worked closely on the preperation of management reports on and ongoing basis to identifiy subsequent recommendations for the business to help drive the continued success of the companys website marketing activity.

I worked for a not-for-profit charity based in Nelson, concentrating on marketing of the family charity and volunteer recruitment. I analysed the current volunteer characteristics to project the charity's new volunteer recruitment campaign, and therefore increase volunteers. I delivered volunteer presentations to community groups and managed print advertising in local papers and gained new advertising.

Working alongside the Beauty Marketing Manager, I was responsible for assisting her with the organisation of marketing and events for the largest beauty hall in the world. Being part of a small team in the marketing department allowed me to develop my creative skills. I designed marketing manuals, storyboards, and researched trend foreceasting and sample management. I played an integral part in the launch of the Autumn/Winter 2009 collection. I designed and developed our allocated stand at Le Salon De Lingerie in Paris.
