USPS mailings and distribution, data entry using sage timberline software, download/manage project test results from Fluke test equipment.

After working as a back server (ensuring front wait staff had necessary products, etc.) for one year, was promoted to front server then advanced to head server, assistant manager after two years. Build and maintain relationships with customers. Work to ensure customer satisfaction and that aspects of an event are executed properly in a smooth timely fashion. Lead team of servers designating duties to individuals.

Responsibilities included: Utilize Raisers Edge fundraising database software to enter proposals and maintain solicitations, research and update design of sjmcgala.com website, and assist with all planning aspects of fall special events including Golf Tournament, Candlelight Reception of Honor, and Cardinal William Keeler Blessing. Attend committee planning meetings when available. Communicate with outside vendors for special events and schedule meetings to discuss logistics. Develop formal letter for Gala 2010 sponsorship solicitation and item donations to be included in live auction. Applauded for hard work and dedication.

Responsibilities included: support staff with advertising and marketing requests, answer physician referral line and provide appropriate follow up, stay up-to-date on growing social media outlet (including developing facebook account), develop press releases and provide administrative support to the department. Clip and maintain top competitors advertising media articles in local community magazine and newspapers. Assist in organizing and implementing special events to promote various service lines (including opening of OB unit in fall of 2009).

Worked to ensure customer satisfaction, increased sales and repeat business. Implemented ways to maintain a heavy rush of traffic at once making sure that customers received products in a quick timely fashion. Worked extra hours to help prepare facility for dinner service and that every task was thoroughly completed.
