Coaching, supporting and mentoring final year students and graduates with a number of workshops including CV, Job Searching, LinkedIn and Interview Technique workshops. Delivering presentations to seminars of up to 100+ studentsAs a new team required to business develop as no previous client base existed. Built up solid client base who regularly use our service for internship, work experience and graduate level positions. Marketing recent graduates and final year students of the University to potential employers through candidate-led marketing and speculative business development, which has resulted in interviews and subsequent placementsOrganising multi-employer events in particular sectors or markets, liaising effectively with employers and carrying out effective on campus marketing. Working towards set goals and objectives, both individually and as part of a team, this involves self-analysis and planning in order to reach set targets. Liaising with academics and other university staff in order to promote the REED NCFE service and increase employability across the University.

Interviewed candidates face to face and over the phone, selected relevant roles to discuss with the candidates. Submitted candidates details for live and speculative roles via portals, email and over the phoneArranged on-site and telephone interviews for candidates, provided them with sufficient information on the role and company in order for them to fully prepare for the interview. Took interview feedback from both candidates and clients, managing expectations. Managed the offer process including counter offer situations. Canvassed for new jobs; both cold calling new clients and calling existing clients. Worked with new clients to set up terms of business and fees as well as PSL agreements. Worked jobs to source the correct candidates including database searches, asking for referrals, LinkedIn searches.Attended the yearly ‘Professional Pensions Show’ where the company exhibited. Heavily involved in preparation for the show and attending the show to meet with new and existing clients and candidates. Involved in the preparation of the Annual Salary and Benefits Survey.
