Entale is a Webby award winning, next-generation podcast platform and studio. Using AI, and cutting-edge publishing tools we turn audio into a discoverable format that allows listeners to delve deeper into their favourite shows through contextual content, interaction and commerce.As part of the founding team I lead on Entale's business development & strategy. I am also responsible for managing the Entale studio team of producers and commissioning a slate of unique podcasts designed for our interactive platform.

Founders Factory is a corporate backed incubator and accelerator with a mission to build and scale over 200 startups in 5 years. Our investors include L'Oreal, the Guardian, easyJet, Aviva, Holtzbrinck and CSC.As business development lead at Founders Factory I helped our portfolio startups across all sectors to secure their first major commercial contracts with strategic corporates partners. I also worked with our incubator team to come up with new start-up ideas based on intel & feedback from our corporate partners. One of those startups was Entale and after helping to launch the product from Founders Factory, I decided to join the founding team full time.

I was hired into a new role to help the agency and its clients to collaborate and partner with start-ups and early stage technology. During my time at MEC I set up MEC Tonic, a division dedicated to innovation and entrepreneurship enabling successful client & startup partnerships and new business wins including BMW, Johnson & Johnson, Danone & Vodafone. I also sat on the collaboration board, was shortlisted for Media Week's Rising Star and enlisted as a Creative Champion to help deliver award winning work across the agency.

I ran BBC Labs, BBC Worldwide's award winning start-up accelerator in London. Compromised of a 6month programme, 6 digital media startups were selected with a view to helping them secure pivotal commercial partnerships with BBC Worldwide.
