I am part of the customer service center of the biggest home furniture retailer in the world. My tasks are answering questions, handling complaints and solving problems of IKEA customers. I'm also part of a project that increases awareness of the company's HR-values by giving workshops to colleagues. A diverse job within an inspiring company!
