Lead the bread production for local business Stranwiches, producing high quantities of yeasted sub rolls, focaccia sandwich bread and weekly specials. Provided training for chefs in the team to aid production in my absence.

Started my baking career at Bread & Banjo. Quickly progressed in my role within a busy kitchen environment, overseeing and training various members of staff. Learnt hand lamination, sourdough bread making and a high level of food safety/hygiene.

Working alongside the director of corporate partnerships and central project management team at CALM to manage key relationships with brand and agency partners to CALM. Collaborating with various teams at CALM to develop the CALM companies and charity of the year programmes ready to better support workplaces and brands in the UK. Overseeing design, production and promotion of CALM's first merchandise range. Previously helped to develop CALM's workplace wellbeing programme and key relationships with brands. Worked as a supporting member of the fundraising team to help manage supporters undertaking challenge events, coordinate the programme of events and on the day logisitcs and manage daily fundraising administration.

Started my career at CALM as office coordinator. Worked closely with all teams to offer administrative support and office management. Facilitated the implementation and improvement of the CALM companies corporate well-being programme and supported with the launch of Project 84 which resulted in the election of the world's first minister for the prevention of suicide.

Managed a small retail team in a very busy high street store.

I organised and curated a photography exhibition to commemorate Henry Curtis-William's beautiful portfolio of work following his suicide in 2016. The aim of the exhibition was also to raise awareness of suicide prevention and raise money for CALM (campaign against living miserably) and local charity, Suffolk Mind.
