Hannah is a Registered Health Psychologist. She has worked in a variety of public sector, community and private practice settings and works predominantly with adults and older adults. She is especially passionate about helping people improve their well being through promoting behaviours that involve healthy lifestyle choices. Hannah utilises a holistic, trauma informed and strengths-based approach and is experienced in working with a variety of common psychological issues including depression, anxiety and grief and loss. She has experience with supporting cancer patients and their families from time of diagnosis to advanced progression of illness. She also has interests in treating health anxiety, social anxiety, chronic disease management, stress management as well as coping with life transitions.
