• Arranging and managing regular team meetings and events as required, pre read and capturing key actions and outputs. Following up with actions that are updated/completed
• Supporting with specific project work for HR Business Partners, including confidential work and tight deadlines
• Understanding business and financial reports, interpreting them and agitating follow up actions with stakeholders where appropriate

• Managing Colleague Benefit Administration, strong working relationships with internal and external providers
• Managing and redesigning the Internal Benefits Portals, annual project management
• Project lead and landed a financial wellbeing product for all Asda colleagues
• Administration of Colleague Health Care Benefits (Bupa, Simply Health) and supporting with refreshing of Total Package project
• Administration of Colleagues Rail Travel site and managing project of converting to online application
• Processing invoices
